It’s the moment where you think you saw them on the street, the song that came on that reminded you of them, that brings all the memories back, and for a moment - the feelings too.

So much time has passed, they must be different… things have changed…right?

But that’s the toss up, and even the thrill of it all - Is there a past version of someone I used to care about on the other side of the line? or are they brand new? What would they do or say if you were to  just pick up the phone and told them everything you never got to say?

Or are you just stuck on a moment in time - missing the moment, missing the feelings, missing the idea of what someone used to be.
