But in order to build connection, you have to let others know you.

In this episode, me and my lovely guest (and dear friend) Shekah, open up about the current modern dating scene. We talk about the trials and tribulations of how internet conversation, icks and society have all of these do’s and don’t that make it confusing on how to open up, timing,etc.

We also talk about how our cultures and upbringing can play a major role into not only the way we show vulnerability but also our fears surrounding how we open up as well.

Lots to talk about - but I promise we also figure out how to push past the fear, and keep showing up for how we love as well.
