It is so easy to see the surface level of what it means to miss someone. The longing for someone who is no longer in your life, passed on or maybe you just haven’t seen them in a while.

But what about when nostalgia starts to creep in, and now you’re having all of these emotions of joy, and happiness and excitement for what used to be start to flood every part of your chest?... then what?

Do you pick up the phone to tell them? or do you keep it all inside and continue to wonder?

Let’s say you do have the guts to tell them (pun intended). Will they receive it well, or will you get ghosted? Are you giving away your power, or empowering yourself? What happens next even if it is received well?
